Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using airfy.com or the Airfy platform (app.airfy.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Airfy provides a cloud-managed WiFi platform including network management, monitoring, AI-powered operations, and related services. The platform supports multi-vendor hardware and is available as a subscription service.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Free tier is available without payment obligation.
  • Pro and Enterprise tiers include a 14-day (Business) or 30-day (Personal) free trial.
  • You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile our software
  • Resell the service without a Partner agreement

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Pro tier: 99.9% uptime guarantee. Enterprise tier: 99.99% uptime guarantee. Free tier: No SLA. Uptime is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance.

7. Data ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content or data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Intellectual property

The Airfy platform, including software, logos, and documentation, is owned by Airfy Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airfy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For European customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
