This Code of Ethics outlines the principles that guide Airfy Inc. in all business relationships. We share these principles with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to build trust and accountability.
We conduct business with honesty and transparency. All representations about our products, capabilities, and pricing are truthful. We do not make claims we cannot substantiate.
We prohibit bribery, corruption, and unfair business practices. No employee or partner may offer or accept gifts or payments that could influence business decisions. We comply with applicable anti-corruption laws including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
We protect confidential information from partners, customers, and vendors. Intellectual property, trade secrets, and proprietary data are handled with strict access controls. Network data from customer deployments is never shared, sold, or used for purposes beyond service delivery.
We treat partners, customers, and colleagues with respect. We honor commitments and deadlines. We communicate openly about limitations and challenges.
Our firmware runs on Linux. Security vulnerabilities are disclosed responsibly. We do not include backdoors or undisclosed data collection in our products. Network data is processed solely to deliver the managed service and is never sold or shared with third parties.
We value diversity and inclusion. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or bullying. We support fair labor practices throughout our supply chain.
We design products for longevity. Firmware updates extend hardware life instead of forcing replacements. We encourage hardware recycling and responsible disposal.
If you observe conduct that violates this code, contact legal@airfy.com. Reports are handled confidentially.
