Airfy started cracking the hardest jurisdiction in the world. German banks. From there it spread to aerospace research, fire departments, Coca-Cola, and the kind of institutions that pick infrastructure for decades.

Customer since 2018. 7 years and counting.

“The ideal WiFi solution for Regional bank has to be secure above all else. Data security, especially customer data, has the highest priority for us.”

“WiFi is the perfect addition to the branch business. If a customer is interested in online services, the advisor can install the mobile banking app on their phone right there at the desk.”

Hardware, software, licenses, support. One monthly invoice. Automated updates, central management, proactive monitoring across all 30 branches. Seven years and counting.
December 2015. Ten years before AI was the buzzword.
Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetraenke AG
Long before AI became a buzzword, Airfy ran a paid pilot for Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetraenke AG across 30 Berlin retail outlets. Restaurants, cafes, bars. Airfy WiFi routers delivered the data: foot-traffic, dwell time, returning-customer ratio, movement between locations.
A live connection fed the analytics into Coca-Cola's SAP system. About 5,000 data points per day from the outlets. Coca-Cola wanted to know which neighborhoods deserved more marketing, where buying behavior was shifting, which outlets brought back returning customers.
The answers came from the network. WiFi traffic in real time, normalized to ZIP-code level. The result was presented to 500 executives in January 2016.
Ten years later this is exactly our core thesis. WiFi is the sensor. Data is the product. AI is the tool. We were running this model before the market had a name for it.
Same software, same security model, same operator console. Built for both regulatory frameworks from day one. So a customer in Texas and a customer in Frankfurt run on the same product with no compromises.
Banks, aerospace, public safety, and engineering. Real customers. Real numbers. Real years on the platform.
Financial institution
36 branches. Years on Airfy already. In April 2025 the bank signed a 36-month extension that runs through August 2028. Self-installation worked. Coverage held. Compliance held. Renewal was the only question that mattered.
Contract renewed April 2025. Extended through August 2028.
DLR. German Aerospace Center.
Outdoor mesh networking for 35 traffic-light installations. Connected vehicle research. The full automotive industry as research partners. The EU public tender went to Airfy. In seven years one WiFi module failed. We replaced it within 24 hours.
Active customer. Project running through 2035.
Feuerwehr Duesseldorf
Eight emergency-response vehicles, fully meshed. Status updates from the field, casualty counts, damage assessments. All transmitted in real time to the command center. Vehicles communicate with each other on the way to the scene. The Duesseldorf fire department is known for technical innovation. They picked Airfy and have stayed.
Customer since 2012. Public safety.
Rohde & Schwarz
Rohde & Schwarz is the German market leader for test and measurement equipment. Their fleet vehicles produce huge data volumes. Vehicle-to-vehicle data exchange is mandatory. Forest and terrain block line-of-sight. Only mesh technology solves this. They picked us.
Customer since 2010. Test and measurement market leader.

From the airberry years
Same team, same network research, earlier name. The mesh and outdoor projects below were delivered under our predecessor entity airberry GmbH between 2008 and 2015. The technology lineage is unbroken; the company name changed.
ABB AG · Kosovo, 2008
Mesh-WiFi for an open-pit mine. Outdoor mesh under harsh conditions, sensor connectivity, no costly cable runs. Project planned and built jointly with ABB.
Chemiepark Linz · Austria, 2010
Wireless mesh for site and emergency-response vehicles. Live readout of breathing-apparatus levels back to the command center, so responders are one step ahead of human error in EX zones.
TU Kaiserslautern · LinuxTag
Network research and Linux community partnership. Documented thank-you reference. Long-running tie to the open-source-research community.
Universidad de Madrid
Research partnership documented in the 2015 reference deck. Mesh networking for academic infrastructure.
